Refund policy

We are a small handmade business and therefore are unable to offer refunds unless the garment is deemed to be faulty.  We can however, offer an exchange or store credit instead.

• Garment must be returned within 7 days or receiving.
• Garment must be unworn and still have the tags on, please take extra care when trying items on as we will not accept returns that have make up on them
• Remember that all items are handmade so there will be slight variations.

You MUST contact us before returning your item.  Once this has been acknowledged you can return to 24 Rebecca Drive, Leopold.  Vic.  3224.  

Customer are responsible for the payment of return postage.
